2、ement control models to realize the strategic objective, which is also the common problem confronted by the companies in the high growth rate. Based on describing and analyzing the management control model of CF Group, t
3、his paper is intended to devise series of scientific and applicable management control models, which is also expected to provide useful information for the design, implementation and completeness of corporate management
4、control model. This paper includes five parts with an emphasis on the optimal design of management control model. The first part discusses the background and the significance of the paper with a brief review on the rel
5、evant researches of corporate management control and an introduction of the main content and framework of the paper. The second part discusses the relevant theories about group management control model. Firstly, the rela
6、ted concepts of group management control are discussed. Next to it, there is some discussion on the theoretical basis of group management control model: stewardship theory, management control theory, contingency theory a
7、nd agent theory. At the end of the part, there is some analysis on the management control model based on the financial management, the management control model based on the strategy, the management control model based on
8、 the operation. In the third part, following an introduction to the current situation on the management control of CF Group, this paper discusses the problems and characteristics of CF’s management control from the pers
9、pective of operation situation, experience and current situation of CF’s management control. The fourth part is the emphasis of the paper, which is intended to discuss the optimal design of management control model of C
