簡(jiǎn)介:目的1了解全日制本科學(xué)歷護(hù)士的個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃、單位職業(yè)管理、專業(yè)滿意度現(xiàn)狀及三者之間的相關(guān)性;2了解全日制本科護(hù)士職業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素及各因素之間的相互作用關(guān)系。方法1按多中心橫斷面調(diào)查方式,采用整群方便抽樣方法,在江蘇省蘇南地區(qū)、蘇北地區(qū)、南京地區(qū)三個(gè)區(qū)域分別抽取三級(jí)醫(yī)院8家和二級(jí)醫(yī)院10家的450名全日制本科護(hù)士進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查;2采用目的抽樣的方法,抽取江蘇省蘇南地區(qū)、蘇北地區(qū)、南京地區(qū)三個(gè)區(qū)域16名全日制本科學(xué)歷護(hù)士進(jìn)行焦點(diǎn)團(tuán)體訪談。結(jié)果1、量性研究全日制本科護(hù)士個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃得分為4057±814(7245%),單位職業(yè)管理感知得分為5071±920(7923),專業(yè)滿意度得分為10511±1688(6781);影響個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃的個(gè)人因素有性別、年齡、職稱、編制情況、醫(yī)院區(qū)域、醫(yī)院級(jí)別、工作科室、畢業(yè)學(xué)校、月收入、婚姻狀況等;影響單位職業(yè)管理感知度的個(gè)人因素有年齡、職稱、編制情況、行政職務(wù)、畢業(yè)學(xué)校、月收入、工作科室、醫(yī)院區(qū)域;影響專業(yè)滿意度的個(gè)人因素有醫(yī)院區(qū)域、醫(yī)院等級(jí)、年齡、工齡、職稱、行政職務(wù)、畢業(yè)學(xué)校、編制情況、工作科室、月收入;個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃、單位職業(yè)管理、專業(yè)滿意度兩兩之間進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,均呈正相關(guān),P0000。2、質(zhì)性研究影響全日制本科學(xué)歷在職護(hù)士護(hù)理職業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素有個(gè)人客觀因素、醫(yī)院客觀因素、個(gè)人主觀因素、工作單位做法、同行影響、護(hù)士?jī)r(jià)值、相關(guān)政策、繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)。結(jié)論全日制本科學(xué)歷在職護(hù)士個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃、單位職業(yè)管理感知度及專業(yè)滿意度現(xiàn)狀處于中等水平,有待進(jìn)一步提高;全日制本科學(xué)歷在職護(hù)士單位職業(yè)管理感知度與專業(yè)滿意度、個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃與專業(yè)滿意度、單位職業(yè)管理感知度與個(gè)人職業(yè)規(guī)劃之間均呈正相關(guān),互相影響。各級(jí)護(hù)理管理者應(yīng)根據(jù)具體情況提出有效的舉措,從而提高該群體護(hù)士的滿意度,促進(jìn)該群體護(hù)士的職業(yè)發(fā)展。
