簡(jiǎn)介:在全球化的背景下,大力發(fā)展高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為世界上多數(shù)國(guó)家的重大戰(zhàn)略決策之一,建立國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系,走創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家之路,已成為世界許多國(guó)家政府的共同選擇?!白灾鲃?chuàng)新、重點(diǎn)跨越、支撐發(fā)展、引領(lǐng)未來(lái)”已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家的指導(dǎo)方針。兇此,與創(chuàng)新密切相關(guān)的大學(xué)科技園區(qū)的建設(shè)蓬勃發(fā)展,大學(xué)科技園區(qū)的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)已成為當(dāng)代城市與區(qū)域規(guī)劃的一個(gè)重要領(lǐng)域和科學(xué)前沿。本文以研究世界大學(xué)科技園區(qū)的空間規(guī)劃發(fā)展歷程為切入點(diǎn),研究方法采用“以問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向”的思路,將大學(xué)科技岡的規(guī)劃建設(shè)現(xiàn)象放在當(dāng)下我國(guó)城市轉(zhuǎn)型與重構(gòu)的背景下,以城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目標(biāo),通過(guò)對(duì)知識(shí)時(shí)代的規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)策略的探討,以及對(duì)南京大學(xué)科技園區(qū)建設(shè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的梳理、分析和比較,尋找在轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中城市以及科技園區(qū)發(fā)展的主要矛盾及相應(yīng)對(duì)策。論文的主要內(nèi)容第一部分概括總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外大學(xué)科技園區(qū)空間規(guī)劃發(fā)展的過(guò)程和特點(diǎn),以及科技園區(qū)的相關(guān)概念、發(fā)展規(guī)律和研究理論,論述了大學(xué)科技園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)第二部分介紹了“知識(shí)城市”的概念和特征,從創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、區(qū)位等方面概括論述了大學(xué)科技園與知識(shí)城市之間的關(guān)聯(lián)第三部分概括總結(jié)了大學(xué)科技園區(qū)以及研發(fā)創(chuàng)新類(lèi)建筑的整合設(shè)計(jì)策略,通過(guò)案例研究,較全面地分析了園區(qū)規(guī)劃、建筑設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)創(chuàng)新空間發(fā)展的影響及相互作用,指出協(xié)作創(chuàng)新空間、非正式空間是此類(lèi)建筑設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)注點(diǎn)第四部分針對(duì)南京地區(qū)當(dāng)前空間發(fā)展中存在的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,尋找目前南京地區(qū)大學(xué)科技園區(qū)空間規(guī)劃發(fā)展中面臨的主要矛盾。提出在轉(zhuǎn)型期以政策失衡為特征的大規(guī)模的“科技地產(chǎn)”開(kāi)發(fā)給南京的創(chuàng)新環(huán)境和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)帶來(lái)的負(fù)面影響。城市規(guī)劃自身由于體制、機(jī)制的不完善,建筑設(shè)計(jì)由于觀(guān)念認(rèn)識(shí)的不足,與城市發(fā)展的要求適應(yīng)度降低,南京城市以及大學(xué)科技園區(qū)的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)急需進(jìn)行合理的思考和安排第五部分基于南京高新技術(shù)研發(fā)空間的發(fā)展規(guī)劃存在問(wèn)題的研究分析,依照南京新一輪總體規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)思想,在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外大學(xué)科技園區(qū)發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,提出以下建議一是要將大學(xué)科技園區(qū)的建設(shè)納入?yún)^(qū)域和城市的范疇進(jìn)行研究二是城市空間規(guī)劃應(yīng)該對(duì)城市發(fā)展的多種可能有回應(yīng)三是政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、自然和文化空間既有區(qū)別有聯(lián)系,城市空間規(guī)劃的基本任務(wù)是建立良好的物質(zhì)實(shí)體環(huán)境,為上述空間的發(fā)展提供保障四是建設(shè)南京高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的城市空間,需要重視城市文化的保護(hù),重視創(chuàng)新文化氛圍的創(chuàng)造。五是重視研發(fā)類(lèi)建筑整合設(shè)計(jì)的對(duì)策和方法的研究。與此同時(shí)針對(duì)建議分別提出了相應(yīng)的措施。

簡(jiǎn)介:新世紀(jì),中國(guó)社會(huì)飛速發(fā)展,取得了舉世矚目的成績(jī)。但日益浮現(xiàn)且愈發(fā)嚴(yán)重的種種城市問(wèn)題超速的城市增量發(fā)展導(dǎo)致空間與資源的不堪重負(fù),中國(guó)特色建筑文化意識(shí)形態(tài)的薄弱導(dǎo)致建筑價(jià)值判斷失衡,全球化趨勢(shì)下跨文化思考的缺乏導(dǎo)致對(duì)外來(lái)建筑潮流囫圇吞棗急需得到重視和嚴(yán)肅對(duì)待。為了今后更好的前進(jìn),審視總結(jié)、除弊創(chuàng)新刻不容緩。眾多反映建筑理論、設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐和物質(zhì)空間規(guī)劃演進(jìn)印記的視角中,建筑專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊是折射和管窺建筑業(yè)發(fā)展歷程的一個(gè)獨(dú)特窗口,對(duì)學(xué)科期刊的剖析能回顧與梳理社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程。中國(guó)第一批建筑學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)期刊誕生于上世紀(jì)二三十年代。作為傳播意義上的專(zhuān)業(yè)媒體,建筑專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊除了發(fā)揮媒介作用傳播建筑學(xué)信息,其刊載的專(zhuān)業(yè)論文具有學(xué)科代表性和權(quán)威性,能較直觀(guān)全面的反映出我國(guó)建筑理論、建筑實(shí)踐、建筑技術(shù)、建筑評(píng)論等專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域的基本演變狀況。本文選擇建筑專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊的量化數(shù)據(jù)作為觀(guān)察學(xué)科關(guān)注點(diǎn)演化變遷、學(xué)術(shù)空間生產(chǎn)發(fā)展嬗變的切入點(diǎn),以建筑學(xué)報(bào)、建筑師為研究對(duì)象。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析兩本期刊自創(chuàng)刊到2014年間的研究熱點(diǎn)、學(xué)術(shù)產(chǎn)量及其空間分布情況,以期揭示這段時(shí)間內(nèi)的建筑學(xué)科發(fā)展勢(shì)態(tài),勾勒學(xué)科發(fā)展的宏觀(guān)軌跡,管窺中國(guó)建筑現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的演進(jìn)圖景,為建筑研究、學(xué)科發(fā)展提供有益的借鑒。全文共五章,第一章闡述了建筑學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)期刊研究的目的和基于學(xué)術(shù)、社會(huì)、方法三方面的研究意義,總結(jié)歸納了國(guó)內(nèi)相關(guān)研究的主要成果,并就研究對(duì)象兩本期刊的選取依據(jù)、研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法做了詳細(xì)說(shuō)明。第二章主要為量的研究,從宏觀(guān)的整體角度出發(fā),揭示兩本期刊歷年發(fā)行情況和發(fā)文量的演化歷程,對(duì)期刊核心作者群及其被引量也有一定的量化分析。第三章、第四章為本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),分別涉及對(duì)作者機(jī)構(gòu)和關(guān)鍵詞的統(tǒng)計(jì)和剖析。第三章通過(guò)對(duì)作者機(jī)構(gòu)的分類(lèi),了解機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)文情況,探究學(xué)界、業(yè)界的研究勢(shì)態(tài);對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)和文章題名所提及的地域信息的統(tǒng)計(jì),觀(guān)察學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)生產(chǎn)的地域空間分布格局的變遷。第四章采集期刊關(guān)鍵詞和題名有效詞做高頻詞分析,試圖呈現(xiàn)學(xué)科熱點(diǎn)和其嬗變過(guò)程。第五章以前面章節(jié)實(shí)證研究為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行剖切分析,總結(jié)和判斷學(xué)科知識(shí)成產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)和趨勢(shì),反思論文研究對(duì)學(xué)科發(fā)展的啟示,以期揭示學(xué)科發(fā)展新要求。
