3、 should be established for the survival and development of the enterprise. Compensation as an important part of human resources management plays a vital role in attracting and keeping the empl

4、oyees. These days, the study of compensation at home and abroad are more concentrated in corporate senior manager or general staff, the separate study for the middle- level manager is little,

5、but the middle- level manager as the backbone in the enterprise plays an important role, they are carriers of corporate strategy, the organizer of business plan , the transmitters of corporate

6、 philosophy, therefore, it becomes a key problem to attract more talented people to join the ranks of middle- level managers and motivate them to work and study hard. Literature review, question

7、naires, chart analysis, case studies and other research methods are used in this thesis. Guided by the modern compensation management theory, According the propose to find, analyze and solve pr

8、oblems, the enterprise incentive compensationstatus of middle- level managers are researched on the basis of domestic and foreign research, the original data are obtained by the questionnaire, then

9、 all the data are classified, organized, analyzed and summarized in order to find out the problems of corporate middle managers ,the aim is to improve compensation system of middle manager, i
