3、ninghabits.Theirfamilybackgroundsaredifferentevensomeofthemhavesomepsychologicalbarriers.DuetothesefactstheirlearningisaffectedsoisthewholeEnglishteachingofschools.Indertosolvetheproblemthewriterstartedwithstudyingthelea
4、rningmotivationofthechildrenwhoseparentsareimmigrantwkersintheschoolwhereshehasbeenteaching.LearningmotivationisoneoftheimptantfactsthataffectEnglishlearningprocessmanyfamousscholarshavestudiedmotivation.Canadianpsycholo
5、gistsGardnerLamberthavestartedtheresearchonmotivationffeignlanguagelearningin1950s.InChinaresearchonmotivationffeignlanguagehasbeenstudiedbyWenQiufangSunTiehongBaoZhanguangsoonfromthe1980s.Howeverlearningmotivationsofthe
6、childrenofChinesemigrantwkersisanewareaofresearch.ManyresearchersconsidermotivationasoneofthemaindeterminingfactsofsuccessindevelopingEnglishlearning.SoitisnecessaryfEnglishteacherswhowkintheschoolwhichtakesinthechildren
7、ofimmigrantwkerstoknowaboutthestudents’motivationtrytheirbesttoimprovedirecttheirmotivationinterestletthemtrytheirbesttostudyEnglishimprovetheirEnglishmark.Theauthstudiesthedifferentfactswhichinfluencedthemotivationofthe
8、childrenofthemigrantwkerse.g.theirfamilybackgroundpersonalityacteristicscurvesofthreeyearsoflearningEnglishtheadolescentfacts.Thensheconductsaninterviewwiththechildrenoftheimmigrantwkers.Thisstudylastedfthreeyears.Theres
9、earcherobservedthesubjectsduringthethreeyearperiodgavethemrightdirectiontriestofindthemostsuitablestrategies.TheresultsofthequestionnairewereputintothecomputeranalyzedbyExcelSPSSmakedifferentts.Suchstatisticalprocedureas
10、deiveanalysisindependentsamplesTtestcrelationanalysisareapplied.AccdingtotheresultsofdeiveanalysisindependentsamplesTestoftheinterviewofchildrenofdifferentimmigrantwkersfGradeOnestudentsofimmigrantwkersthemostimptantmoti
11、vationistheintrinsicmotivation.FGradeThreestudentsitistheirextrinsicmotivationofdesiringfabetterliving.Motivationchangedsignificantlyduringthe1stsemesterofGradeTwothe1stsemesterofGradeThree.Astothecrelationanalysisthefol
12、lowingresultsareobtained:motivationalintensitycrelatespositivelysignificantlywithachievementhighermotivationalintensityleadstohighachievement.Therefeitissuggestedthatteachersintheschoolswherechildrenoftheimmigrantwkersar
