2、nt human rights situation of our country from the perspective of human rights education.In addition, this article will dwell on the human rights issues on the education scene in order to improve and upgrade the human rig
3、hts situation in the school and even in the entire society by means of reform in human rights education. This articles contains the following three parts. The first part discusses the human rights,the human rights educat
4、ion theories and recall the history of the human rights education. It also elaborates the relevance and diversity among the human rights education, the moral education and the civic education.The ending part of this chap
5、ter launches a further discussion concerning the position of human rights education in school education. The status of school human rights education deserves much worrying. therefore,the second chpater mainly engages in
6、illustrating, theoretically and practically, the deficiency exists in the human rights education together with an explanation for reasons. It points out that various defects exist in many aspects of our human rights ed
7、ucation such as theory development, legislation, and the social practice of human rights education.The author thinks it is necessary for students to acquire human rights education in school,which shall be an indepensible
8、 part of school education. The third parts proposes the solutions to improvement which is based on the current human right education. They includes the systematic renovation in the field of target making, legislation, ed
9、ucation faith, education contents and methods, creating a new human rights education patterns that comply with the modern social developments. In conclusion, the discussion about the human rights in this ariticle aims to
10、 realize the practice of human rights at the scene of education. It is expected to Safeguards the development of human rights education and establishing a perfect human rights education system.by means of human rights e
11、ducation and relevant reforms, we expect to improve human rights and life quality of the students in school and to educate the citizens with certain consciousness of human rights for a civilized society. Keywords:human r
