1、經(jīng)過三十多年的改革開放,隨著綜合國(guó)力的不斷提升,中國(guó)已經(jīng)走向了國(guó)際舞臺(tái)的中央。因此,我國(guó)目前迫切需要向世界各國(guó)宣傳和傳播中國(guó)的核心價(jià)值及傳統(tǒng)和文化。對(duì)于神秘的中國(guó),許多外國(guó)人仍然不夠了解。因此,必須要加強(qiáng)與外部世界的溝通和交往,以減少來自其他國(guó)家的誤解。
作為文化傳播的媒介,漢譯英對(duì)于外國(guó)人掌握更多有關(guān)中國(guó)的信息無疑起著關(guān)鍵作用。漢英翻譯中,對(duì)文化負(fù)載詞的適當(dāng)處理是翻譯中最具挑戰(zhàn)性的任務(wù),對(duì)于傳播和樹立中國(guó)在國(guó)際的形象極為關(guān)鍵
2、,尤其是在涉及中國(guó)對(duì)外政治文件的時(shí)候。
本論文首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹歸化和異化理論在我國(guó)和西方的起源和發(fā)展,對(duì)政治文件中的文化詞進(jìn)行定義,并將其分為三類:中國(guó)社會(huì)體制下政治和意識(shí)形態(tài)方面的詞匯;中國(guó)文化中特有的詞匯;四字成語及俗語和諺語。然后,論文結(jié)合韋努蒂(1995)提出的歸化和異化討論文化負(fù)載詞的翻譯方法。通過個(gè)案研究(主要是對(duì)2010年政府工作報(bào)告中的文化負(fù)載詞翻譯進(jìn)行分析),總結(jié)出文化負(fù)載詞翻譯的一般特征及趨勢(shì)。通過對(duì)比研究,分
