青島澳柯瑪集團母子公司管理控制研究.pdf

1、華北電力大學工商管理碩士專業(yè)學位論文摘要我國企業(yè)集團要提高綜合競爭力，這在很大程度上可以歸結(jié)為母子公司管理控制問題。本文在界定相關(guān)概念基礎(chǔ)上，分析了國外相關(guān)理論，指出其可借鑒之處。鑒于我國國情，結(jié)合國內(nèi)相關(guān)理論研究成果，定義了母子公司管理控制的概念。同時結(jié)合管理控制體制和模式理論，詳細闡述了集團母子公司間的權(quán)力分配體制和管理控制模式分類。論文通過回顧國內(nèi)企業(yè)集團的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展歷程，分析了青島澳柯瑪集團母公司在管理控制實際操作中出現(xiàn)的問題，
