1、在以往的英語口語教學中,教師往往采用傳統(tǒng)的方法,老師大班教學,學生與老師之間很少存在互動,這種方法成為英語口語教學的主要形式。這種教學形式可以實現在較短的時間傳授較多數量的知識,但是單一的教學組織形式束縛了學生的語言實踐活動,并限制其使用語言的能力?;谛枨蠓治龅慕虒W模式是為了敦促引入綜合語言實踐,它面向全體學生。基于需求分析的學習模式以人本主義心理學為理論基礎,是一種教學理論與教學策略。它的基本特征是人本主義語言教學方法強調學習者內在
2、世界的重要性,把學習者個體的思想、感覺和情感作為人發(fā)展的重中之重。在這種情況下,我們更應該關注語言學習者的情感需求,認真調查研究學生內心情感,他們的所思所想,他們對所開設的某課程的真實想法,把以學生為中心的教學教育思想更好地落到實處。
本文遵循需求分析的理論框架,對職業(yè)學校英語口語教學進行了探索。通過文獻研究、問卷調查和訪談等方法進行數據采集,本文對滄州職業(yè)學校的200名學生進行了調查和實驗。調查主要針對學生的學習背景、學
